Community Support

Mt Evelyn and Districts Financial Services Ltd has been supporting community initiatives in the Yarra Ranges and Yarra Valley since 2002. To date we have provided in excess of $3.5 million in sponsorship and grant funding. A selection of community organisations and clubs that we support can be found below.

Part of our re-investment back into the local community is structured via our charitable Community Grants Program. The Community Grants Program is administered by the Community Enterprise Foundation™ and made possible by the generous support of the customers and shareholders of the Mt Evelyn Community Bank Branch.

Charitable and not-for-profit organisations in Mount Evelyn, Montrose and surrounding areas may apply for funding for projects and activities that offer clear public benefit for communities and contribute to their development in, building social capital, community welfare, environmental, health, and education or cultural areas.

The Community Grants Program has now moved online. This has been done to:

  • Reduce administration and make better use of funds
  • Provide a simpler application process
  • To be more responsive to the needs of communities
  • Help us identify the best projects that will make a positive contribution to the Mount Evelyn, Montrose and other towns in our region

Applications are open throughout the year. You can access the online application form through the link below.
