Shareholders

At our Annual General Meeting in November 2018 shareholders voted in favour of delisting from the National Stock Exchange of Australia and to create a low volume market.

A low volume market is a special market approved by ASIC that allows shareholders to buy and sell shares without the need to go through a broker. The benefits for shareholders include reduced fees and greater transparency – being able to see what shares are available all in the one place.

For the company we have greater control over purchases to ensure that a local connection to our community is maintained. Additionally, we will no longer have annual listing fees and that means more money for our local communities.

As a company we delisted on 31st January 2019.

We now have a dedicated page on our corporate website that lists the history of recent trades and shows the register of interested parties. This register shows sellers and buyers in one place, identifying each with a number rather than their name.

The Company Secretary will act as a facilitator to bring together sellers and buyers.

Some restrictions will still apply to embed the community nature of our company and these restrictions are listed on the website.
